Guideway Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 September 2026 Welcome to Guideway. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Guideway mentorship marketplace. 1. Using Guideway You must provide accurate account information and use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. 2. Mentorship services Guideway connects students with independent mentors. Mentors are responsible for the guidance they provide. Mentorship is educational and informational and is not a substitute for licensed medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice. 3. Mentor standards Mentors must submit truthful profile and verification information, respect scheduled sessions, protect student privacy and follow Guideway's code of conduct. Guideway may review, suspend or remove profiles that breach these requirements. 4. Bookings and payments Session prices are displayed before checkout. A booking is confirmed only after payment verification. Cancellations, refunds, mentor earnings and payouts are handled according to the policies displayed by Guideway at the time of booking. 5. Acceptable conduct Users must not harass others, impersonate another person, upload unlawful content, misuse personal information, interfere with the service or attempt to bypass platform security. 6. Content and privacy You retain ownership of content you submit while granting Guideway the permission needed to operate the service. Personal information is handled according to Guideway's privacy practices. 7. Availability and liability We work to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Guideway is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. 8.
