Cancellation and Refund Policy

Last updated: 10 September 2026 1. Student cancellations Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a 100% refund. Cancel at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time for a 50% refund. Later cancellations are not refundable. The exact refund shown before confirmation is calculated using Guideway's current platform settings. 2. Mentor or Guideway cancellations If a mentor or Guideway cancels a confirmed paid booking before it begins, the student receives a full refund. 3. Refund processing Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. Bank and payment-network processing times may apply. A refund is complete only after Razorpay confirms it as processed. 4. Rescheduling Students may reschedule to an available mentor slot until the rescheduling cut-off shown for the booking.
